- Completion of ring will take a maximum of 2 months upon confirmation of order.
- All quotation are valid for 20 days due to fluctuating gold prices.
- Price(s) quoted is subject to change due to fluctuating metal prices and client will be inform in such an event.
- Price(s) varies according to the amount of silver/gold used.
- Upfront payment of 50% is required.
- Balance payment is required upon collection.
- Deposit will be forfeited should customer decide to cancel their order upon the completion of the item.
- GemByGems reserves the right to cancel any order should there be unforeseen circumstances and the initial 50% deposit payment will be refunded accordingly.
