Yes, a ring can be returned for resizing anytime needed. Minimum charges apply.

Do all your diamonds come with a grading report?
Diamonds above 0.30 carat are accompanied with a Diamond grading report graded by the Gemmological Institute Of America (GIA).

Are all of your diamonds natural?
Yes, we only carry natural diamonds and do not sell laboratory or man-made diamonds.

Is there a company inscription on the inside of the bands?
Yes, we do inscribe our trademark – GBG on the jewellery.

Can you engrave on the rings?
Yes, we do custom engravings upon request. Minimum charges apply.

Am I really getting what I paid for?
All of our diamonds are graded by the Gemmological Institute of America (GIA) you may inspect the diamond against the original grading report. All diamonds comes with a laser inscription on the girdle. All our gold jewellery items will have a stamping of 9k/14k/ 18k/ 22k/ 24k.

Am I really getting a fair price and value?
The Internet gives you the opportunity to research and find the best value for your budget. We advise you to compare our prices with retail shops and to anyone else on the internet who offers customer design service. We are confident that our prices are priced to beat the competition.

How can I be sure I am not getting a fake diamond?
You will have the original certificate available for you to examine and compare. We can assure all diamond that comes in and goes out of our facility is genuine and held to accountability. As all our diamonds are laser inscripted by GIA, you can verify the certificate and the laser serial number of the diamond on the GIA website.

As all our items are one of a kind designs, items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

What is the earliest that you can produce a ring?
We offer express service as well. Rings can be done in 2 weeks from the date of order. There will be extra charges for this service.

Where are all of your diamonds from?
Most of our diamonds are sourced directly from diamond manufacturing factories in Belgium and Israel.

What Kind of diamonds do you carry?
We carry all kinds of diamonds from IF, VVS1, VVS2, VS1, VS2, Si1, Si2, Si3 and all colours from D to N. All are either excellent or very good cuts.

If a diamond comes off, what do I do?
Each and every one of our diamonds is hand set and we assure and guarantee customers that the diamonds are set perfectly and secured. Should a diamond fall off, we will replace it for free. Only applies to diamonds sizes from 0.02cts and below.
