Yes, we only carry natural diamonds and do not sell laboratory or man-made diamonds.

Is there a company inscription on the inside of the bands?
Yes, we do inscribe our trademark - GBG on the jewellery.

Can you engrave rings?
Yes, we do custom engravings upon request. Minimum charges applies.

Am I really getting what I paid for?
All of our diamonds are graded by reputable and recognized laboratories, you may inspect the diamond against the original grading report and all our gold jewellery items will have an indication of 14k/ 18k/ 22k/ 24k.

Am I really getting a fair price and value?
The Internet gives you the opportunity to research and find the best value for your budget. We advise you to compare our prices with retail shops and to anyone else on the internet. We are confident that our prices are priced to beat the competition.

How can I be sure I am not getting a fake diamond?
You will have the original certificate available for you to examine and compare. We can assure all diamond that comes in and goes out of our facility is genuine and held to accountability.

Do you take in old jewellery or loose diamonds?

Yes, we can custom design almost any piece of jewellery.

Where are you located? Do you have a shop somewhere I can visit?
We are home-office based in Singapore. Please contact us to arrange an appointment.

Is it safe to purchase from Gem By Gems when you do not have a shop?
The main reason why Gem By Gems does not have a shop is because we do not wish to impose any hidden costs on our customers. Hidden costs such as Shop Rental, Media Campaigns and Salary of our sales staff. Why pay such charges when you can spend that amount on a better quality diamond.
